AIMS: SURVIVAL SKILLS

1a (60hrs of French studies)This course is for complete beginners (or almost). You will learn:

	simple ways to get by in everyday situations such as in a hotel or at the station.
	how to establish social contact.
	how to have small conversations in the present tense.
	to describe your daily routine, people, objects.

1b (60hrs of French studies) Rusty GCSE or one year learning French recently;By the end of this course, you will be able to:

	express your likes and dislikes.
	have simple conversations about your past and present activities, habits and holidays.
	discuss future plans.
	deal with most aspects of everyday life such as ordering in a restaurant.

INTERMEDIATE 2

AIMS: WORKING KNOWLEDGE

2a (60hrs of French studies) In this course, you will

	gain confidence in your oral and written skills.
	learn to socialize.

2b (60hrs of French studies) For those with rusty 'A' level standard or equivalent GCSE. You will be able:
